We Make Decisions Together
OUR CHURCH LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE:
A Plural Elder-Led Church is one in which the authority in the church comes not from a single senior pastor, instead the authority rests in a team of Biblically qualified elders that practice mutual submission, making the decisions for the church together.
Checks and balances are essential. Proverbs tells us that “in an abundance of counselors there is safety (Prov. 11:14).”

- Ex-professional surfer (won’t ever tell anyone this, so I (Joel) get to brag about her here).
- Owns and operates our digital marketing company.

- She preaches, teaches, and leads prayer and deliverance ministry
- Mom of 3 amazing kids (her son is one of my best friends).
